I suppose I should write up a quick post.
Anyone see the news lately? Not sure how many channels other than here would show it, but Japan is dealing with crazy floods. I was woken last night at 3:30 am by the emergency weather warning system. Since I missed the English part, I had to go online to check to find out that there was a flash flood warning. Okay, no big deal, right? Wrong. As I finish reading the site, I heard this sound like a train, barreling down towards my place. It wasn’t until it was right over my place that I realized I could hear the rain coming. It was amazing and terrifying at the same time. Luckily, we’re all on a mountain, so we were fine, and it was sunny today. Other places are not so lucky. Ikazaki has really mad floods and stuff, and someone actually died because of it. It’s scary. I’m glad I’m safe.
However, my safety does not mean I’m doing well. At the moment, I’m having a sick day. I was all feverish last night, and I haven’t been too well for a few days. I decided to have a day in just relaxing to try shake it off. So far, I’m feeling better, but I don’t want to risk it. I’m avoiding going outside, just because… yeah, too much energy. Tomorrow I’ll shall get back to normal.
So, send good health and good weather vibes my direction! And keep in touch! I miss hearing from a lot of you!
